Our Success Comes From Our Shared Values

Our clients are on the front lines of Public Health. Priorities may shift but our commitment to supporting our partners does not. We take pride in having multi-year, multi-project engagements, often working closely as an extension of their staff.

A bias toward action

Optimistically collaborative

Willingness to navigate ambiguity

Minimal Ego - No job is too small or big

Pursuing the equitable solution

Always learning

Committed to quality at every stage

BME Strategies was founded on the belief that health is a human right and that all communities deserve equal access to the highest quality in Public Health services. Founder and Executive Director, Bryan Murphy‐Eustis, started the firm in 2004, after working in local Public Health and seeing Massachusetts municipalities grappling with new mandates and resources to improve their emergency preparedness and response capacity. Over time, the firm’s focus has expanded well beyond emergency preparedness and response to include a wide array of solutions directed at strengthening local, state, and national Public Health systems, programs, and services.

Over the last 20 years, the firm has specialized in building Public Health capacity by designing strategic interventions to emergent health challenges. BME Strategies distinguishes itself through a collaborative ethos, working closely with non-profits, government bodies, and community groups. The firm takes a rigorous approach to sourcing evidence-based best practices that are driven by communities and often derived from the lived experiences of their members. The success of the company is measured, in part, by its ability to adapt and respond to the evolving needs of its clients, demonstrating a remarkable flexibility and dedication to impact. As the firm looks to the future, it continues to leverage its expertise in strategic planning, program design and management, quality monitoring and improvement, and coalition building to meet the ongoing and evolving challenges of health inequity with innovative and effective solutions.

We are a team of Public Health practitioners who are fixated on the ‘how’.
