Cynthia Baker is a public health professional with experience in leadership, operations and project management, and policy research. She is committed to advancing health equity through capacity-building and health systems strengthening. Cynthia holds an MPH in Health Policy from Boston University School of Public Health, and a BFA from Cornell University.
